Holothink was the first audio meditation product I bought and was my foray into meditation for brain entrainment. It uses binaural beats to tap into the sub conscious and change brain wave activity. Not to be confused with Holosync, Holothink is far better value for money, coming in at nearly half the price.
My Holothink Experience
My experience with Holothink has been nothing but positive. Because it was my first program of this kind perhaps there is a slight bias, but the point is it gave me the results I needed at the time, and even though I am currently using Genius Brain Power, I still refer back to Holothink when I have time. At the time it was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I finally found something to help me become spacious and calm, something to give me clarity and better awareness of my being. In truth I became addicted to this natural buzz and haven't looked back since, which is why, as you can see from the site, I have gone onto to buy more products in this area.
