written and very effective"
After my baby had finally grasped the
concept of sleeping through the night I thought I
would be able to get some sleep. Unfortunately my body had become so used to a lack of sleep and waking up
every couple of hours I had completely thrown my sleeping pattern out of sync. I really was at a loose end
and my work was suffering through sheer lack of being able to focus. Not to mention I was cranky as hell with
my wife and friends.
I needed a fast solution and got one through a friend. She told me her sister had a
similar problem and had cured it using a book called Six Steps To Sleep
Now, a book by a self-proclaimed sleep hygiene expert named
Peter Litchfield. I was at the point of wanting to give anything (except pills of course) a go.
I really like the approach of Six Steps To Sleep Now
because it isn’t just advice, it’s a step-by-step program to resetting your body clock and achieving deeper,
longer sleep in a completely natural way. The author also really connects with the reader having suffered
with poor sleep for many years. Alongside the program there are 9 chapters, all of which have come in handy
at one time or another since my purchase.

My Results
It only took about 5-7 days before I started to experience full 7.5 hour sleeps again, and it
really was a lifesaver at the time. One thing I will say is that it helps if your partner is willing to
participate with you and go to bed and wake up at the required times.
Conclusion
I would certainly recommend the book, although
it is only available as a downloadable eBook, not as a physical hardback or paperback. You do, however,
get a free sleep-friendly diet plan and a weekly sleep planner, which are nice little
bonuses that complement the book. It is affordable and it works. The book is very well written
and something your sleep-deprived friends will definitely want to
borrow.
